Weekend with the Talbots
Posted on April 6th, 2010 No commentsWe’re off to see the Talbots this weekend! Josh just put in a new entertainment center in his house that he is very proud of, so he and Betsy have invited us up to watch a movie or two this weekend. My sister and her husband will be there too and we’re looking forward to seeing them as well! More friends will be there as well, so its just gonna be a big party. I am looking forward to the hi-speed rail so that trips up there are much more fun.

A Visit with the Tew family
Posted on June 27th, 2009 No commentsMy parents came up to visit and arrived in town last Friday.
They met Michael several years back and we introduced them to his parents and Joe in 2007. However, there are always more friends and family to meet. This trip, they met Terry Haller, Connie Maxwell, Matt Larson, Heather and Evie Lerner, Althea, LuAnn (Althea’s mother-in-law) and Andrew and Sylvia Dotzour. When they return for the wedding in October they will have a whole bunch of new people to meet!
We had a great time, mostly trying to staying cool in the current heat wave. Mom and Dad helped me shop for flowers for the wedding. We also found a couple of trees for my dad to take home with him. We went out to American Players Theater for a play, heard an organ concert at the Overture Center, visited the Circus World Museum, and rode the Wisconsin Ducks. It has been a busy week!
